Can't Import .TAX2019 Into ONLINE Premier - NO TOOLS MENU!

Hello,

I just created a new TT account for online Premier. I have a .TAX2019 file from last year's 2019 desktop edition.

The Instructions for importing said file are here:

However, this won't work as there is NO tools menu displayed to import. All the program did was start asking a bunch of questions which the answers to are contained in the .TAX2019 file which can't be imported! Anybody know how to get around this? I don't want to waste any more time with TT if this isn't going to work

I have the same issue and those instructions don't help. There is no tools menu option for me on the left. The only option from the on-line instructions that are available for me are to upload the PDF, which omits most of the information from last year. Is it a version issue?
