Change of address form Form 8822: Change of Address

My daughter and son -in law married in Nov of 2020. His address changed at that point to her address. They are filing the first time as married filing jointly. We are using Turbo Tax Deluxe do they need to send in form 8822 to the IRS or is this all handled when they file together electronically. I noticed this is other other forms.

The address on the 2020 return will become the address of record for the IRS.
