Now that the Covid relief bill has offered tax relief on unemployment up to $10,200 for 2020, How do I get back the money I already paid on unemployment?

I filed in late January. I had taxes withheld from my PUA unemployment in 2020, and paid additional taxes on top of what was withheld when I filed. Will I receive that money back from the government? Do I need to amend my return.
