Yes, you can go back and enter it.

Please clarify if you are referring to the self-select PIN or the IP PIN? I will provide information on both.

The Self-Select PIN is a random five-digit number that you enter as your electronic signature when e-filing your return.

The IP PIN is a six-digit number that the IRS assigns to victims of tax-related identity theft.

If you don't remember your 5 digit PIN, you do have another option moving forward.

The Self-Select PIN is a random 5-digit number that you enter as your electronic signature when e-filing your return. You can reuse your Self-Select PIN from last year or enter your AGI from last year's tax return.

Open your return if you don't already have it open.
Inside TurboTax, search for IP PIN (don't forget the space) and then select the Jump to link in the search results.
On the Identity Protection PIN screen, answer Yes and enter your IP PIN in the space provided.
- If you need to remove the IP PIN, select edit, then the trash icon.
Select Done.

I had to go back to the actual Federal Form & scroll through it until I found the space for the PIN I had used previously (which should work for entering a PIN when it has been skipped).

None of the "helpful hints" included this method of fixing the first incorrectly entered PIN. Hope this helps this person.
