@Qianqiancj Are you by any chance using TurboTax Live? If so, you may wish to see this link: How do I connect with a tax expert in TurboTax Live?

If not, we would need a little more information about what you specifically want to do regarding uploading your 2019 return. Was it also prepared in TurboTax, or another software or provider? The more details you can provide, the easier it will be to assist you with your situation.

I have downloaded Turbotax Premier. I ran setup and it downloaded updates. But when I run the program it freezes up at a blank "Activation" screen. I have waited and waited and it goes nowhere. please help.
