You can speak to a person, you just have to go through the procedure to do that. You can get TurboTax support contact information, including phone numbers, at this link: https://turbotax.intuit.com/support/contact/index.jsp

Unfortunately that’s not true. I tried that route many times and the automated response is very poor. “She” asks me to spell my email address and no matter how distinctly I pronounce each letter, she NEVER gets it right. In the end “she” tells me that they have no record of me as a client, even though I’ve used TurboTax for about 20 years. There will not be a 21st year if somebody doesn’t contact me next week.

@tberkedal55: We are unable to see the version you are using. If you are using a paid version of TurboTax, there should be a contact us link within there as well. Have you tried this or do you see this available to you with your version?
