The Form 8915-E was made available in the TurboTax online editions on 02/25/2021

The Form 8915-E was a software update in the TurboTax desktop editions on 02/26/2021

Enter your Form 1099-R. Answer the follow up questions and you will be asked if the withdrawal was Covid-19 related. If the withdrawal was due to Covid-19 the TurboTax software will generate and complete the Form 8915-E and include the form with the filed 2020 federal tax return.
