1099-B - Update Button Does Not Work

Attempted to access 1099-B section by using Update button. It goes into processing mode, but only keeps cycling, and does not go into the section for data input. I have closed the program several times, but this does not solve the problem. What should I do?

You may want to try manually updating your TurboTax software and then reboot your system to see if that resolves the issue. Please see the below TurboTax Help Article for instructions:
