      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks I did that and I opened a case. Unfortunately, I got an email saying the case was closed, but It didnt indicate whether I got the refund or not. My bank isnt showing anything yet... Ill wait over the weekend to see what happens.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well still nothing from TurboTax. I got a text with a 6 digit AnswerXChange # 639925. This tells me nothing. Turbotax support is VERY LACKING.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
