      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will have to contact TurboTax support for any Billing Issues.&amp;nbsp; On the website &lt;STRONG&gt;do not&lt;/STRONG&gt; enter &lt;U&gt;Refund&lt;/U&gt; or you will get a response for a tax refund.&amp;nbsp; Use the key word &lt;STRONG&gt;Billing Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

We did contact TurboTax support, three phone calls and hours on the phone, everytime, we received a request of a refund link,&amp;nbsp;we submitted the request and never received any reply, It has been more than a month. The customer supports are very sympethatic, but they said there were nothing they could help and they couldn't get hold of refund department. I post it here to see if anyone else has similar experience and how to resolve this kind of issue. Can I file a complaint somewhere?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
