Anyone know if there is a box14 category that should be filled in for LTD insurance that is broken out?

My box 14 has two Descriptors. One is SDI (Short Term Disability Insurance payments (not payment because I was out on disability, but withholding for insurance). The other is LTD, for Long Term Disability, also not paid out t me but insurance payments to the fund. SDI had a Category that filled in, LTD is blank, showing to select a category. Not sure what would fit

If you do not see a category that matches a description shown in Box 14 of your W-2, enter "Other - not classified" or "Other – not on above list". Your entry here will not affect your ability to e-file or your tax calculation.

Employers can put just about anything in box 14; it's a catch-all for items that don't have their own dedicated box on the W-2.
