What category would UI/HC/WD be in my tax return? Also, what category would DI be in?

This is in box 14 and I do not see the exact option for these on the categories for box 14 on TurboTax (free).

New Jersey, right?

UI (state) Unemployment Insurance

HC (state) Health Care Subsidy Fund

WD (state) Workforce Development

DI (state) Disability Insurance

If it is NJ as SweetieJean suggests, in TurboTax that would be NJ SDI for DI

NJ UI/WF/SWF for UI and WD and just use "other not on the list" for the HC

If you're not in NJ "other not on the list" always works.

Thank you for the reply. It has UI/HC/WD all in one line, should I just put that as NJ UI/WF/SWF tax or should I put other? Also, yes, I am in NJ.

I'm in NJ, too, you said "thank you", but I didn't see an answer to your question that you/we have all of the above on one line. The New Jersey UI/WF/SWF category that turbotax offers does not seem to quite fit the bill. Should we choose that or the Other (not classified) category? Which I believe is what you were asking and didn't get a response as far as I can tell.

Use the NJ UI/SW/SWF Tax Box 14 category for UI/HC/WD. According to NJ Tax link here they are Unemployment deductions.
