Why won't my 2019 agi be accepted for my 2020 taxes?

I write in my correct agi for 2019 but my taxes for 2020 keeps geting rejected.

Try using 0 (zero) instead.

I did put 0 at one time of the rejection. I've put the correct AGI in also.

Then you will have to print, sign and file by mail; as it's the IRS (not TT) that is rejecting it.
