software bug

I have used Turbotax for many years. This year it is kind of like pulling a tooth. I basics buy it to do my stocks since I trade a lot. However, this year, when I try to import my stock trades, the software just goes unresponsive and I had to restart the program just to repeat the ordeal. Any fix to this?

how many trades and which version of TurboTax are you using. This is may not be a software bug just a limitation on the number of trades and their $ amounts that each version of Turbotax has.

Can't count. Many trades. I have premier. It was not much different than previous years and I had no problem before.
