HSA contributions

For my wife's HSA, it showing contributions as zero from Box 12 of the W2. It says that if you don't see an amount, that's because the W2 isn't fully entered. However, the W2 is showing a dollar amount in Box 12, but it's not being carried over to the HSA contribution section.

Make sure you select the right code. There are more than 20 tax items that can be reported in box 12, and many people have more than one item in box 12. HSA contributions should be indicated with a code "W".
