CompleteCheck had me re-type everything from my W-2, and then cranked up my taxes owed by over 10 times what it was previously. What do I do?

Did you delete the first W-2? Or did you type a comma instead of a decimal on it?

No, but when I went back to the very beginning to take a look, it actually added my W-2 a second time. That would certainly make a difference!
