      <description>&lt;P&gt;Most people do not know this, but Desktop has to connect to the internet for certain functions like entering a credit card.&amp;nbsp; You never see it happen, but it goes through Chrome to do that, and old browsing data can make it freeze.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Clear browsing data in Chrome for all time can help in this case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Last night it happened to me, for the second year in a row!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TT Customer Svc rep advised to MOVE THE TASK BAR to a different place on computer screen.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did.&amp;nbsp; It revealed the hidden "CONTINUE" button on the BOTTOM of the TT Window!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is the 2nd Year in a row I've reported this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having the same problem--screen freezes when trying to pay the filing fee using a credit card.&amp;nbsp; Using TT pc desktop version on Windows 11.&amp;nbsp; Tried all the recommendations (checked for updates, cleared caches and cookies, logged out,&amp;nbsp; rebooted), but nothing solved the problem.&amp;nbsp; Extremely frustrating!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Waited 30 minutes and tried again and it WORKED!&amp;nbsp; Why the need to wait I don't know, but it worked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
