Retired, No W-2, How do I resolve this error.
I have no SDI withheld.
TT will not allow me to enter 0.

If you did not have a Form W-2, you should not have to complete this form. As you are already aware, SDI is only reported on a W-2. It is possible it carried over from a prior year tax file.

Two suggestions to clear this error:

Enter $1 in this field and see if that lets you proceed. That will not have a meaningful effect (if any) on your tax calculation and should allow you to e-file.
The other option is to go to the Forms view of your TurboTax desktop program and delete this worksheet (also any placeholder Form W-2s that might have carried forward from 2019).

I enter the SDI withheld from one of my W2s, which is $29
TT will not allow me to enter $29 or $1.
