You received an email from TurboTax for the rejected tax return. The email has the rejection message and rejection code. What does it say?

I was ending up my taxes and it sent me back to finish up a w-2 the amount before was about 7,142 we I fix the so call problem it went down to 3,172 don't know why and don't thing i recieve child care credit help need some answers
