      <title>Problem with program update</title>

      <description>Feb 20 and 21 I attempted to download a program update. Both times the download stopped at 10% and would not progress from there even after several mins. When I attempted to cancel the download that got stuck and I had to use task manager to close the program. What should I do?</description>
