If you are referring to how to enter this form in the TurboTax online program, here are the steps:

Open up your program, select Pick up where you left off
At the right upper corner, in the search box, type in "health insurance" and Enter
Select Jump to health insurance
Follow prompts

Form 8962 Premium Tax Credit is required when someone on your tax return had health insurance in 2020 through Healthcare.gov (or a state marketplace) and took the Advance Premium Tax Credit to lower their monthly premium.
