Return Transmission Error

I hit the Transmit Now button and get the following error several times (tried several times)-

Refund Transfer payment method isn't available right now. To finish e-filing your return, select the option to pay with your credit card or try again later.

I've tried several times with different CC as well and all cards do not go through either. Do not want to mail the returns in. Want to e-file. Also tried deleting cookies from all browsers, Restarting router, re starting computer. Please help. Very frustrated at this point. Submitted a return successfully for my family member the previous day.

I had the same problem so I call Turbo Tax. A specialist was helping me. Here is what we went through.

1) Pay with Visa

2) In my address there are some conflicting info. For example, I use dr. instead of drive. It means you must correct everything in your address. Make sure they match on all the window popups.

After correcting the address, name, etc. everything is ok.
