      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I'm trying to do my taxes but I think I saw them twice on accident considering the first account was messed up and couldn't login so I made a different account with the right email and now it's not working&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Forgot Password&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;in the password request pop-up to answer your security question. That'll get you back in.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Once you're back in, you can select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Password&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;(Windows) or&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Encrypt&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;(Mac) from the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;File&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;menu if you want to update or remove your password altogether.&lt;/P&gt;
