We did not sell or buy any property. 1099B is asking sale price and cost basis

Form 1099-B is used to report investment sale transactions. If this form is not needed, delete it by clicking the trash can icon next to the item listed at Your investment sales summary.

To get there in TurboTax, enter investment sales in the search box of TurboTax and select the Jump to link in the search results.

You mention overriding Form 1099-B. If there are adjustments required from what the broker sent, this can be done by reviewing the details. At the Now we’ll walk you through entering your sale details screen, if you are adjusting wash sales, check the box I have more info to enter that I don’t see here below Total amount paid.
