How to e-file form 8275

I'd like to make a disclosure on my 2018 taxes using for 8275. Unfortunately, I cannot find this form on TT18 Deluxe. Can anyone direct me to where I can find it so that I can efile it with my state and fed return?

If it is not part of TT, is there still a way to efile, but send this document separately. I'm worried that filing them separately would make it difficult for the IRS to find the tax filing and disclosure in one place.

Also, is there a different disclosure form I need to fill out for CA taxes?

You are correct Form 8275 is not supported by TurboTax. According to the IRS:

How To File: File Form 8275 with your original tax return.

Therefore you will not be able to efile your return.
