      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the 1099's are for assets that were trasfered to you such as savings accounts or stock accounts, then you should report these on your return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The name will not matter as you can still report these.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would also contact them and get the accounts in your name, and SSN for the future.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry for your loss. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
