But When did you file 2017? If it was late in the year try putting in zero for the AGI. And see this, https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/5595742 If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.

I know I can go back and pay self employment taxes for social security but I don't know how to do it. I need live help but I already bought the business and personal Turbo Tax so I don't want to buy a new software.

If you have your 2019 tax return, your AGI is on line 8b of the Form 1040.

If you don't have 2019 available you can try to enter a zero.

You can also request a transcript from the IRS Get an IRS Transcript.

Finally, the last resort is to mail your tax return. TurboTax will print an instruction sheet explaining where to mail the returns.
