      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same issue. I was able to contact customer service and the nice lady that i got was amazingly helpful and got me a refund for the 50%. Sounds like normally they want to set up remote screen viewing with your computer so they can actually see the email on your screen, so i would be around your computer when you call. Hope this helps&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
