Tax Program Update Required

Trying to file my federal and state taxes, got message that "Tax program update required There is an update available for your tax program". When I query program it says no updates available. Tried manual update but it says that TurboTax 2020 isn't installed. I'm located in New York. Never had problems like this with TurboTax and been using it many, many years. Anybody have any idea what I can do next. Thanks

Fixed problem by uninstalling TurboTax 2020 program and reinstalled original version of Turbotax program. Then when restarted program it did one big update, tried refiling taxes and it worked. Ken
