I cannot find form 2210 in my return even though I am paying an underpayment penalty. Where is the calculation done?

If you have a penalty, it will be listed on your Form 104...

If you have a penalty, it will be listed on your Form 1040, Line 23.

You can view your Form 2210 by going into Forms mode and clicking on Open Form on the left-hand side. You can type 2210 into the search box, highlight Form 2210: Underpayment of Estimated Tax, and then click Open Form.
