      <description>&lt;P&gt;You are confusing the TT online version with the Costco desktop one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;State prep is extra with online, but efile is free. Cobversely, state prep is included with desktop, but there is a state efile fee.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And Costco sells two versions of TT deluxe desktop: One is Federal only, and the other is Federal + State.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
