    <description>&lt;P&gt;Cache and Cookies shouldn't affect H&amp;amp;B desktop software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Make sure the file being created and save is being saved only to the main system hard dis...and not to some usb-connected storage, nor to any cloud drive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Try doing a file Save before accessing the Personal Info section, but after making sure those Refund-applied $$have been added in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other than #1)...it's a puzzle....it's not being saved on a brand new SSD drive?&amp;nbsp; ...nor to a pwd protected directory?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In my 2020 Home and Business Turbo Tax, whenever I click on the Personal Info button, my 2019 refund applied to Federal Taxes and 2019 refund applied to State Taxes is deleted.&amp;nbsp; Each time, I go back in and re-add it, cut keeps disappearing.&amp;nbsp; Not sure what to do for a fix&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You may need to clear your cache and cookies.&amp;nbsp;Make sure your return is saved in your TurboTax account and then sign out. Clear the &lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-to-clear-your-cache/01/26135#M704" target="_blank"&gt;cache&lt;/A&gt; and delete the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-do-i-delete-cookies/00/25978" target="_blank"&gt;cookies&lt;/A&gt; on your computer, open a new browser, sign back into your account and try entering your information again. You may also want to change browsers, for example, if you are using Chrome, try switching to Firefox.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In addition to clearing your cache and cookies, you want to make sure your operating systems are up-to-date as well.&lt;/P&gt;
