topic AGI Rejected in Get your taxes done using TurboTax

AGI Rejected

Why would my AGI be rejected if it's correct? I quadruple checked the Turbo Tax Summary page as well as 1040 line 8a (no line 35). I resubmitted but what gives?

Did you file late in the year? If so, try using 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI. If that doesn't work, you'll have to print, sign and file by mail.

Hello There....AGI for what tax year? Usually IRS confirms your identity by asking for PRIOR YEAR (2019) AGI AMOUNTS.....hope that helps....Samir, Napa Valley Ca....
