Cannot find 2018 return. I input all the data 2 weeks ago and went back to complete. Downloaded update and 2018 return is not here.

My return was almost complete, needed a few details. This morning when I opened TurboTax I followed the directions and did the download and update. Now I cannot find the 2018 return, I find 2016 and 2017.

Also noted that my computer was not running properly after the download. Is there something wrong?

Do a search for files named *.tax2018

The asterisk * is a wildcard that means 'anything', in this case 'anything' with a .tax2018 file extension.
