If you have been instructed that you need to use an IP PIN, you can get one by following the directions at the IRS link below:

You can update the IP PIN information in TurboTax by following the steps below

Federal tab
Other Tax Situations
Scroll down to Other Return Info.
Choose Yes, I did under the Identity Protection PIN question and Start (or Revisit.)
The next screen asks: "Did you or any of your dependents get an IP PIN from the IRS for this year's taxes?"
Select Yes and then add your required information
