Even with their consent, it is considered tax fraud.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I suggest the person complete their taxes ASAP via e-file to get their refund.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
