You would not put a zero. You would enter the AGI from your joint 2019 return. Enter the whole amount, do not split it.

You actually did file a return because you filed a joint return with your ex.

So my ex sent over the taxes from last year since he filed ours jointly and I’m trying to file this year since we are divorced. But it keeps getting rejected due to the AGI I put 0 since I didn’t file and he filed our jointly how do I fix this

If you filed a Joint return last year you enter the same AGI for both of you. There is only one AGI on a Joint return. You both use the same amount to file this year.
