      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you purchased desktop software from a retailer, then why are you posting from online Deluxe?&amp;nbsp; Did you accidentally go online instead of installing and using the software you purchased?&amp;nbsp; With desktop software there is no "logging in" to an account.&amp;nbsp; You open up the program and click New Tax Return and start working.&amp;nbsp; What did you do?&amp;nbsp; You should call customer support to help you sort this out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
