Will Form 4852 be available soon for efile(ing) 2020 return?

TurboTax does not support e-file for Form 4852.

Will it ever be available? Can't even file by mail since it puts XXXX in routing and checking account on page 2 of 1040.

The Form 4852 will not be available until February 25 and it will only for paper-file. TurboTax does not support the e-filing anymore.
