If you have not filed or your return is being rejected, you can simply return to the program to remove the form. Here are the steps:

If you are using TT online:

Sign into your account, select Take me to my return
To your left, select Tax Tools, click on the drop-down arrow
Select Tools
Under Other helpful links, choose Delete a form
Scroll down the list to locate the Form W-2, select Delete and Continue with My Return

If it's desktop:

At the right upper corner, select Forms
To your left, you would see a list of all the tax forms and worksheets, scroll down and select W-2
While W-2 appears, at the bottom of the screen, select Delete Form.
