Yes, Premier software includes access to free TurboTax Support by phone during business hours.

It does not include the live on-demand access to a CPA/EA tax pro for tax advice, return preparation, and to review the final return. That feature is called "TurboTax Live" and is only available as an upgrade for Online users.

The only product where one has to pay for support is Free Edition. If a user in that product wants phone support, he/she has to upgrade to PLUS.

But users in a paid edition do not have to pay for product support, except for the Live feature I mentioned above.

They are currently only open from 5am - 5pm Pacific time. You only get a number when the are open. Try tomorrow. Or try posting your questions here. Might be faster.
