      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Downloaded. Tried to open. Got error message. Tried to reinstall. Didn't work. Uninstalled. Still getting this message when I try to download again. "This license code has already been associated with an account. Please check that account and look for it in Downloads." Can't get past this error message to try and download the software again on the same computer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Support, please email [email address removed].&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;May I ask, when you reinstall it, does it ask you to log into an account? If so, you would want to make sure you are logging into the same account that it was purchased in.
