How do I tell TurboTax why, after 28 years, I am no longer going to use it? That I have to type with character limits is part of the problem. Poor customer service.

The 170-character limit is only for the question title.   There is a box lower down on the question form with room for a lot of details.

If you want to add details above, then just to the right of your question title above, click on EDIT.  Then you will see a place to indicate the product you are using, as well as a box to add as many details as you want.   This is a public Internet forum, so don't post any personal info.

This is mainly a user community forum though--not a direct route to TurboTax Support.   We can tell you how to reach TurboTax Support by phone if you are using PLUS or higher.

Yes, please give me the address to someone at the corporate office; ideally, someone in a position to influence how the company does business.

As to calling by phone: I've done that, and it gets to no one in a position to do or register anything about my complaints -- at least that is what was told to me. Instead, they referred me back to the phone number through which I contacted them, in the first place.
