IP PIN Form 14039

I had our Federal filing rejected due to not inutting IP PIN info in. Found letter from IRS needed, inputted IP PIN and form was rejected again. Confirmed # on IRS website and resumitted. Then received notification Form 14039 was needed. Now status reads "Getting Ready".... why is this form unavailable when one can print this form off of IRS website? Will my filing need to be made via mail rather than e-filing? Seeking guidance please.

FORM 14039 MARKED DO NOT FILE, EVEN THOUGH I RECEIVED MESSAGE THE FORM WAS READY AND I UPDATED MY RETURN

WHEN WILL THIS PROBLEM BE RESOLVED????

CANNOT E FILE FOR MUCH NEEDED REFUND

I called the 800 # [phone number removed] and talked to a wonderully helpful woman who helped me realize I needed to "update" my computer. After I did, the form was made available. Good luck.
