I am unsuccessfully trying to finish my tax return here for some days now. I have purchased your advanced products and my taxes are still not done!

Your question s being posted from online Deluxe. What issues are you having with finishing your tax returns? If you are expecting someone else to prepare your return you have to upgrade to Live Full Service, If you are using normal online Deluxe----it is a do it yourself program,

I have upgraded and still glitches and problems are not fixed to be able to finish my return. No answer from the live expert for days.

What glitches and problems are you having?

Are you not able to e-file your tax return? If that is one of the problems it is probably because a form or schedule as not yet been finalized.

Click on Review. The form and the date available will be shown.

Same here. Still no help. Received rejection email. Expert never helped to begin with. He asked one question and hung up. Yet charged me $250 for live help. Still have not received 1st stimulus check now nor second for my kids and myself.

@kelly3333333 You received an email that we cannot see that tells you why your tax return was rejected. What is the rejection code or rejection message? If it was rejected for AGI—-be aware that many 2019 returns took so long for the IRS to process that your 2019 AGI might not be in the IRS system. Try using zero instead.

If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.

Did you use the recovery rebate credit before you e-filed the first time? If not make sure you do that before you re-file.

The stimulus check is an advance on a credit you can receive on your 2020 tax return. If something went wrong or you did not get the stimulus check in 2020, you can get it when you file your 2020 return in early 2021

The Recovery Rebate Credit will be found in the FEDERAL REVIEW section. ( you should see "Let's make sure you got the right stimulus amount”) If you are eligible it will end up on line 30 of your 2020 Form 1040.

Make sure that you enter ALL of the stimulus money received for the 1st ad 2nd stimulus for yourself, your spouse and your children.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.

Even if you are not “prompted” to enter the stimulus information, you can access to the section directly by following these steps:

Sign in to your account, select Pick up where you left off
At the right upper corner, in the search box, type in "stimulus" and Enter
Select Jump to stimulus
Follow prompts
