      <description>&lt;P&gt;Assuming you both have income, I would recommend allocating all the exemptions (except for his) to you (the Injured Spouse).&amp;nbsp; In addition, I would recommend allocating any credits related to the children to you as well.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Doing this should ensure that the IRS allocates more of the refund to you so that you get the maximum back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
