If you are referring to a federal refund received less than you expected:

TurboTax does not have access to IRS refund adjustment information.

However, you can expect a letter of explanation from the IRS within 30 days or so.

In the below link, you can see some of the more common reasons for a downward adjustment in a refund in addition to math and data entry errors.
