      <description>&lt;P&gt;E-tile turbo tax return was rejected by the federal and state filing. The code is IND-031-04 because my signature was not the same as previous years which was done by a private firm. Therefore I decided to do my own tax return this year but was rejected because my signature number was different. I have since located the filing signature number on previous years but I am unable to get into my return and change the signature number. How do I do this without taking me to an upgrade page which I have already paid for and have a receipt that it was paid. Henry Townsend&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Ohio person return gets rejected and I believe its a rounding error based on the information Im getting back. How can I get this resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&lt;SPAN&gt;OH-IT1040-136 - The Resident credit multiple does not equal the Line 1 divided by Line 3 of the IT RC. Please correct and restransmit."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;and then on the form on line 4 its says divide line 1 by line 3. Carrry to four digits without rounding. This is where the turbotax rounded up.
