      <description>&lt;P&gt;Any state withholding should be entered in the federal interview and if you don't have a form where the state tax withholding is unable to be entered, TurboTax has another location to enter this so that it carries to the state return, and if you itemize deductions, include it there as well&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sign into your TurboTax account, unless you already have it open:&lt;/P&gt;
