I've received two W2 from the same employer, with the same employer's FED ID number. The control numbers are different: same thing for the boxes 1 - 15. There is no remark so I don't know which one is correct. Should I add both of them into the system?

If the two W-2's are exactly the same, except for the control number, only enter 1 of the W-2 forms.

Then you will want to enter both W-2s, unless you think one is an error (for instance do the two forms added together agree to what you expected as your income? If it is more than expected, then one could be an error). To determine which is correct, you would need to contact your employer.
